Welcome to GROOVY TEE. The following are the terms and conditions of our online shop. These terms and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making an online purchase at GROOVY TEE.

General
You can shop our products through our online store. If you have any questions please contact our customer service for help at enquiry@groovytee.com. GROOVY TEE reserves the right to cancel, hold on to, or further investigate an order at suspicion, even if delivery time is affected. No other payment options in addition to those displayed at checkout is accepted. GROOVY TEE holds the right to have minor deviations related to how material, color, weight, measurements, or manufacturing, appear on our online store. This also includes type faults, price and stock changes.

Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are sent by Pos Laju Malaysia. The order will be sent to the address you enter at checkout page. GROOVY TEE will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. You will receive a tracking code along with your shipment confirmation when your package leaves the warehouse.

1. Shipping destinations and shipping fees
Estimated delivery time is 1-3 days.
Shipping fees specified in RM(MYR) will be displayed in checkout before the final payment step. Please note that these vary depending on the weight of the package.

– Cash Deposit

Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to return damaged/incorrect goods and get a full refund or an exchange. Please inform us within 5 days from receiving the goods if you wish to return them. We are unable to take back products that have been processed or used. There are no refunds for sale items, only the possibility to exchange another order. When returning or exchanging a product you pay for the shipping cost. Return the product together with your receipt to this address:
